A Different Optic has joined
the blogosphere! Beth Bloomfield has started her own blog, dedicated to exploring what makes for good leadership, how to help leaders develop their skills and capacities, and how to create organizations that nurture and support good leadership. As always, the aim is to provoke her readers to look at things a little differently than they
normally would. You’re invited to take a look, and join in the conversation by adding your own thoughts and comments. Subscribe to the blog feed and get notified by email whenever there’s a new post. Click here to get started.
Did you know that over 90 percent of business strategies effectively formulated are not effectively executed?
Typically, 85% of a company's market value resides in its intangible assets - leadership, knowledge, talent, process, organization, climate. But most companies concentrate on managing their tangible assets - equipment, inventory, cash, even "human resources" - because that's what they know how to do.
What are you doing to get the most out of all your assets?
Think of strategy as your plan for creating value. We'll help you put your plan into practice by focusing on what really matters.
We understand strategy - why you need it, how to build it, and how to get it done.
We appreciate that leadership and strategy live in the real world, and we get the difference between knowing what to do, and actually doing it.
Our commitment to our executive clients is to give them the right tools, at the right time, to integrate the long view with a laser focus on the here and now. Whether you opt for executive coaching or consulting services, or a combination of both, we'll help you find the best way to your ultimate destination.
Bloomfield Associates has a different optic on strategy and executive coaching.
We're experienced executives and leaders in both large, complex organizations and small, entrepreneurial groups. We know how to get business results.
We're certified professional coaches and consultants -- graduates and faculty of top-ranked universities and professional programs.
Become the leader you have always known you could be.
It takes more than good advice or the latest management fad to make lasting change. You want someone who will challenge you and stand with you as you transform the way you do business.
As your executive coach, we will work with you so you can see new possibilities for getting the results you want, without losing your mind -- or your heart and soul. Together, we will identify what's working and what isn't, devise a plan for action, and make it happen.

The return on investment is "priceless", says one of our clients.
In a recent poll, executives of Fortune 1000 companies estimated the payoff from executive coaching to be six times the cost.
A multinational telecom firm that uses executive coaching realized an overall ROI of 788%.
These and other studies, including those done by Xerox and IBM, show that coaching improves
productivity, quality, organizational strength, customer service, and retention of talent.
Maybe that’s why more than 60% of major companies offer coaching to their executives.
